Our commitment

This website has been designed and built to meet the Web Content Accessibility Guidelines (WCAG) 2.2 at level AA.

What we've done

• Semantic HTML with a single main landmark and a logical heading order on every page
• A skip link so keyboard users can jump straight to the main content
• Visible focus indicators and full keyboard operation for menus, accordions and forms
• Text and interface colours checked for AA contrast in the site's colour palette
• Descriptive alternative text for meaningful images, and no text conveyed by colour alone
• Tap targets sized for comfortable use on touch devices
• Animation kept subtle and disabled automatically when reduced motion is preferred
• Form fields with visible labels and clear, text-based error messages

Known limitations

The embedded Google Map on our contact page is provided by a third party and we cannot control its accessibility. Our full address and telephone number are always available as text so you never need to use the map.
